Established in 2007 by an experienced chartered surveyor and commercial property manager, Green & Tidy are leading grounds maintenance contractors with bases in Doncaster and Middlesbrough. We provide scheduled grounds maintenance and environmental services to Commercial Property Owners & Occupiers, Property & Facilities Managers, Managing Agents and Home Owners.

Green & Tidy specialize in the year-round servicing of the communal grounds of: apartment blocks; shopping centres; schools; office buildings; industrial estates; medical centres; nursing & care homes; public houses & hotels, car parks and sports facilities. We also offer a high quality domestic gardening service.

Green & Tidy recognise and embrace the requirement for effective commercial soft landscape maintenance to be matched equally with high quality environmental services such as litter picking, refuse bin servicing, leaf clearance and the sweeping of car parks and hard landscaping areas. Effectively delivering this business concept has seen Green & Tidy develop successfully.

In March 2010 the business was acquired by David Thomas whose experience in project management and expertise in on-site health and safety has enabled Green & Tidy to expand the services it provides.
